this required repeated trips back to reception. additionally, the housekeeping staff inquired about my check-out time prematurely. this occurred both outside my door and via a phone call well before the designated check-out time. these issues detracted from the overall experience.

The Superior King Room City View Shuttle to the Beach Mall & Metro Station was quite spacious. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the beach mall and metro station (it made transportation simple).
The room's air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked. I found the gym equipment to be somewhat limited. It could benefit from additional machines or updated models (especially treadmills).

Wonderful Suite Upgrade and Really good Service

My stay began with an unexpected room upgrade to a beautiful suite, a very special touch. The hotel's cleanliness and design created a perfect atmosphere. The staff consistently displayed professionalism and kindness and were always ready to assist. Nandhini and the entire reception team ensured my stay was lovely.
The adjacent pool beside the children's pool was not operational .

Breakfast included a selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. There were options for both continental and local cuisine. The dining area was spacious and well kept. The staff ensured tables were promptly cleared and cleaned. Service was attentive and helpful.

The front office team, especially Steve. They addressed all inquiries promptly. Staff offered complimentary fruit and a small cake to celebrate a birthday. The reception team was cute. Everyone seemed dedicated to providing excellent support.
